Located within the prestigious Emaar Square corporate campus, this office project spans multiple floors and reflects a global brand’s identity while prioritizing employee wellness and productivity. Designed collaboratively by Say Studio and Ochre LLC, the office features a design narrative that honors the client’s international footprint and operational excellence.

Design Highlights

Multifaceted Floor Themes
Each level of this expansive office space (175,000–188,300 sq ft across six floors) is conceptually tied to a different continent, symbolizing global reach through spatial storytelling.
 
Well-Being–Driven Layout & Workplace Strategy
Designed with WELL standards in mind, the office emphasizes natural daylight, acoustic privacy, ergonomic zones, and thoughtful circulation to boost staff comfort and productivity.
 
Strong Product & Material Strategy
High-end furnishings like Allermuir soft seating, Normann Copenhagen occasional tables, Torasen height-adjustable desks, SAS baffles, and Interface carpets underscore the design’s balance of comfort, brand alignment, and luxury.
 
Elegant Lighting & Acoustics Design
The lighting scheme uses pendant fixtures and linear tracks to define workspace rhythms, while acoustic wall and ceiling panels ensure visual appeal and functional sound control.
